PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED:
1. Stop in a safe place (generally off the roadway
emergency lights flashing).
2. Take every precaution to not become involved
in another accident.
3. Check for injuries and render aid when appropriate
4. Notify proper authorities
5. Notify Country Director
6. If there is a life threatening injury or other
extremely serious situation call 09178439906
7. Exchange information (name, address, contact info
driver's license #, and vehicle information
8. Discuss accident only with proper authorities and
Samaritan's Purse staff
9. Obtain the name and contact information for any
witnesses
10. Remember that a Samaritan's Purse incident
report must be completed and forwarded to the
Regional Director and the Field Security Officer
within 48 hours

injury, death, kidnapping or other
extremely serious incident:
