Basic Plot:
Dexter Ward has escaped the Eastern State Mental Hospital and taken an unhealthy fascination with the characters and there families. His
fascination is reminiscent of his past murders and the Players may be next.
In 1982 Dexter's (age 17) parents died mysteriously (cult), in 1993 Dexter (age28) sacrificed (killed) a man to stop the cult, in 2004 Dexter
(age39)escaped and killed again for the same reason,in 2015 Dexter is a 50 year old man. Dexter is believed to be schizophrenic and was
hospitalized after he was caught for the 1993 murder. As a 17 year old boy his parents were killed by a cult attempting to bring an elder thing
into this world. Dexter learned of this and discovered that ritualistic sacrifices where required every 11 years to keep the elder thing asleep in
its other world, unable to cross over. His study of the cult and the elder thing tainted him, giving him powers similar to the cultists. He could
hear there telepathic communication in his head but they could not hear him. The cult constantly studies how to better bring the elder thing into
this world. As the next anniversary approached Dexter learned that sacrificing a tainted subject would poison the elder thing from this world
permanently. Dexter escaped the hospital and began to search for subjects to witness the sacrificed as part of the ritual. For arcane reasons few
people qualified, the players or their family.
