Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Deliver a comprehensive HRrecruitment service in a fast paced financial
services environment and will actively drive continuous improvement
across the business.
Act as the main point of contact for all employees within specified
business areas.
Co-ordinate new joiner and leaver processes, including induction and
exit interviews.
Support and administration of annual and interim performance and
salary review processes.
