IQ INTELLIGENCE QOUTIENT
is a measure of intelligence. A way to rate this for
any individual is by taking an IQ test.
EQ EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT
Measures your ability to notice and then manage your
interior and exterior perceptions of your feelings and
then control your reactions.
IQ AND EQ DIFFERENCE
IQ INTELLIGENCE QOUTIENT
Simply put,IQis a measure of an individual's
intellectual, analytical, logical, and rational abilities.
EQ EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT
This describes the ability, capacity, skill, to identify, to
assess, and manage the emotions of oneself of other and
groups.

IQ TEST
An IQ test usually involves a set of
standardized questions for which the test
taker receives a score.
EQ TEST
An EQ exam is often more difficult to design and
administer because it deals with information
that is difficult to present as a numerical value.
HIGH IQ
A high IQ may be able to learn certain subjects
very quickly and make connections between ideas
that others miss.
HIGH EQ
A high EQ means someone is self-confident, selfaware, and able to handle difficult emotional
experiences.

SUMMARY:
IQ refers to the analytical, mathematical and
logical reasoning capabilities of a person. EQ
measures his personal skills and power to use to
emotions.
EQ can be improved upon and learned, however ,
IQ is something you are born with
EQ is more relevant to success and happiness in
life, IQ determines whether you have the innate
abilities for it.
IQ decides your individual capacities and
intelligence, EQ decides whether you are a team
player or how well you will respond to a crisis.
