To whomever it may concern:
I am applying for the position of Computer Support Specialist. I am very experienced with computers and
servers. I have plenty of experience with working in a team, since I played minor hockey for 6 years, before
quitting because of a time conflict. I have played youth soccer since I was 6. And I am an accomplished
musical instrumentalist. I have been playing guitar for 6 years now, trombone for 5, and I've been drumming
for 1 year. I have played in Concert since the 6 th grade, and I have been in a Jazz Band since 8 th grade, and
both bands have competed at a national level twice while I was apart of them.
I have been tinkering with computers since I was young, and since I have built two PC's, one for me and one
for my sister, and I have done countless hardware changes and repairs as well. I can also code in JavaScript,
HTML, and Ruby. I can use both Linux and Windows operating systems. I am also taking a course through
school called Computer Studies, or Information Technology studies. When I graduate form high school, I
hope to attend a course on computer engineering at BCIT.
