Personal Statement
Since I have joined The Henley College I have acquired and learnt many new skills
such as I have produced a few productions such as an advert where I had no limits so
I could produce anything I wanted and succeeded in creating a sur-real and
informative advert, along side I have directed and produced a 5 minute drama video
called the ''infamous gang of ruffians'' where myself and 4 others brainstormed an
idea and developed it more and more than, I organized every shot and managed the
crew I also had to resolve problems we encountered so I pride myself in being an
organized and motivated person when it comes to decision making.
I am a motivated worker so I am able to identify opportunities and have a drive to
complete all challenges that I am set. I'm also very flexible as am willing to adapt to a
different situation.
I am a team player and I work well in groups. I am able to support this with
Involvements in school teams for rugby and rowing. I have leadership skills so able to
motivate and lead others, this is supported by leading the U15 B rowing team where
we achieved Gold Medal at a national junior sculling head.
I am able to give and receive orders in a high pressure environment.
