    RE-ORDERING ITEMS AS IT WAS WRONGLY SENT
    Referring to the stated title above, I would like to inform you that your company had
    wrongly sent the items that we ordered. We ordered 20 Samsung Chromebook on
    last week. This is the latest model of your company products. However, we received
    20 Samsung Vista, an old fashion with old hardware inside.
    2. We want you to look into this matter as soon as possible as we are in the midst
    of upgrading our institution. We will be very happy if we received the items on
    Monday, 24th June 2013.
