joining the club with 8 Anay per Call offer.

This package infect is launched against the competitors lower rates packages in order to
get competitive edge. In this package the Zong tried to get the attention of other cellular
network users that we can provide you better and lower call rates.

• Regular Rate: 75 Paisa per 30 Second

• FnF Number: 50 Paisa per 30 Second
• How to Activate Package: Call 907, an automated voice will guide you through
the process (here you will be asked to enter one FnF number)

Criticism:

1. Additional 40 paisa will be charged for first minute. Its mean a customer will
pay 40 paisa in advance weather he hangs his call before the 30 second or not.
2. Advance 40 paisa charging means a customer having FnF number will pay the
charges of 40 paisa in advance as well as the 50 paisa per 30 second. Which is
a big blunder played by the Zong company.
3. You can select only one FnF number from any cellular network, While the
advertisement clearly states that “Koi bhi Number, Koi bhi Network, Sirf
50 Paisay per 30 second”. This statement leads to be fraudulent activity
played by that company due to which millions of customers mis-
communicated.
4. In order to modify the FnF number there is no information is given on the
advertisement but their website say that PKR 15+Tax will be charged on the
conversion of FnF number.
5. Only numbers of Mobilink, Telenor, Ufone, Warid, can be added for this
offer, means you can’t add Zong Numbers.
