Home Sweet Home


Thank you to everyone who came to our Y1
family learning event yesterday afternoon,
it was great to see such a fantastic turn
out. We stretched lots of learning muscles,
especially our collaboration muscle, to make
houses for the Gingerbread Man.

Inclusive Sports
On Tuesday afternoon Team Activ inclusive
PE event was held in our sports hall. Children
from a number of schools had to stretch
their collaboration and perseverance muscles to overcome various a series of tricky
sports challenges. Learners really showed
their skills and had lots of fun.

Parent Governor Vacancy


We have a vacancy for a parent governor
on our school governing body. If you are
interested in becoming a governor or

Red Day
On Friday 5th February well be Wearing It
Red to raise money for Heart Research UK
and the Leeds Childrens Heart Surgery Fund,
a charity nominated by one of our families.
Learners can wear just a splash
of red or red all over and donate
50p to help us raise money for
these amazing charities.

World Book Day11th March


As part of our World Book Day celebrations
this year, Learners will be invited to come to
school dressed as a favourite book character.
Theres still lots of time to plan your outfit
but if you need any ideas for fabulous but low
or no cost outfits please come and ask.
