JUDGMENT

This Judgment is entered pursuant to the Court’s Memorandum Opinion and

Order of this same date.

It is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Plaintiffs take

nothing by their suit against Defendant, and that Plaintiffs Reginald Villavidendio,

Antonio Flores, Sok Un Ng, Dallas Bellagio Partners LLC, Phaiboon Promniang, Soon

D. Yoon, and Hai C. Vu’s claims are DISMISSED with prejudice and that Plaintiffs

Sangwan Anusan and Larry Keller’s claims are DISMISSED without prejudice.

SO ORDERED.
