Why I would like to live in a townhouse?

I would like to live in a town house because I think it's very nice to live
in that kind of places where you can live with pets. Living in
townhouses for me, it is a great idea, not only to live alone, but also
with my future family.
Townhouse are owners the little patch of land their townhouse .
Apartment owners only own, the airspace inside the apartment, not
the land.
Here in Ecuador, when you buy a townhouse, it comes with a
community, and that community has amenities. Most townhouse
developments have a gym, a pool, a laundry room, tennis courts and
even a recreation room that owners can sign up to use for parties.
I can share with neighbors and be friends with them, various special
occasions.
I can have your own parking and garden where you can have your
favorite plants and flowers, I think it's the best idea to live with the
people that you love
