Questions for you

If you had to choose, which apartment would you like to live in? Why?
If I had to choose, I would like to live in Ally’s apartment, because it’s really big, has many rooms and
you also aren’t alone here. Despite the higher rent, I want to stay here, because the living space is
modern, cosy, and good located with the centre of the city. Then, I would like to share an apartment
with other people to meet new friends and have someone to talk with. So, from my view, living with
two roommates sounds like a good idea.

2) Would you prefer living on your own or sharing the place with other people? Give reasons.
I would definitely prefer sharing the place with other people, especially if they are from my new
school or work. I could make my new friends easier this way, use the English language all the time
and know more about native culture and habits. Moreover, I don’t have to pay all rent and could split
the price of the apartment with my roommates.

3) Which bedroom (of all presented) do you like the most? Why?
My favourite bedroom was Lucy’s one. It was quite good decorated by plants, candles, and other
natural items, so the bedroom seems like a really calm and peaceful place to relax. I also like the
natural lightning coming into the bedroom through the large windows.

4) What do you think about the strategy/policy of paying more for a bigger bedroom? I
absolutely agree with it, because if you rent a bigger place to live, you obviously have to pay much
more. However, if is your apartment conveniently located with your school, work, or some stop, it can
compensate this high rent.

5) Would you follow Rayne’s advice on the investment of money? Why? Why not?
To be honest, I don’t think, that I have ever used this idea to gain money. I don’t want to be dependent
on this investment and I think that you just can get your new apartment more cheaply.
