I would like you to think about the following and make a short presentation.

 What would your dream house be like? Where would it be? What special features
would it have?

My dream house is near a beach, in a small village, but not far from the center of that village.
Where the weather is warm all the year. Witch peace and quiet.

I would like it to be small, with wooden floors, but with an enormous garden, It has only a
ground floor with the kitchen, a living room and a small bathroom. And the first floor there
are a room and a terrace. The terrace is full of plants and flowers, with a breathtaking view
of the sea.

I would like it has an enormous garden, with some trees and flowers. It must have a big
balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea. The inside, is bright and simple, with only the
necessary furniture. It has wooden floor, and a magnificent sofa. The bathroom has a big
bath and spacious.

It is ten-minute walk from a the center of the village. It is a safe and beautiful area, with
friendly neighbors.

 Where is it better to live: in a small town or in the city?

It depend on the moment of your live, if you prefer to be relax and calm in a small town, of
you prefer a big city with many things to do. In my case, a I prefer a big city, but I need go
some days per year to a small town.

 What are the advantages and disadvantages in each case?

In a big city, there are a lot of options to everything. For example, there are a lot of different
persons to meet if you want. There are many places to go out. And to work to, is more easy
change your work. The disadvantage is, you can be feel like a number, in spite of the people,
is very easy to feel alone. Is stressful too, because everybody is involve in their world, and
they don’t care of others, and all people is a in hurry.

In a small town, almost everybody knows you, and you live in a community. The people are
more relax and they pay attention to others. In the other hand, is impossible have secrets, o
private life. You always will be with the same persons and is possible that for specific
business you have to go to the city.

 Do you like spending time at home? Why ( not)? How did you feel during the strict
lockdown last year?

Yes, I really enjoy spending time in my house. I enjoy being alone too. Not every day of
course, but I need my own space. During the quarantine, despite that, I missed share thing
with others, like work, or go out with my friends. I adopted a cat, because I need share my
days with someone else.

 Did you consider moving to another place?

Since last year, I´ve been working from home, so sometimes I think about moving to another
place. Not for ever, but for some weeks. A place where I can be in contact with the nature
but not isolated.
