Work Facts & Statistics:

         Blogging: total of 30 blogs written on behalf of For Rent Media Solutions; 17 being City Guides which
include links to ForRent.com web site and city landing pages

o   Assisted in over 6,500 unique visitor traffic to city landing pages of For Rent Media Solutions. 

         Facebook: uploaded a total of 30 videos to ForRent.com Facebook Fan page which attributed to the 650+
video views during 4 month time frame (September 09-December 09)

o   Viva La Vie Boheme Facebook Contest: conceptualized the graphic and verbiage for
partnership contest with RENT: The Broadway Tour. This project had a 92% increase in video
views, 73% increase in photo views, 76% increase in page views, 70% increase in interactions
with fans and an 84% increase in fans on the ForRent.com Facebook Fan page (contest time frame
was 3 months).

         Assisted in training material on a social networking site, Twitter, for a nationally recognized tradeshow,
Multi-family Brainstorming Conference, to be given to employees, prospects and clients.

      Conducted research and analysis regarding competition strategy in video sharing site, YouTube, which
assisted in For Rent Media Solutions video strategy for implementation in 2010.
         Created Community Theater media piece which was turned into a blog (http://blog.forrent.com/property-
managers-owners/top-8-ways-to-generate-even-more-exposure-with-your-community-theater-video) as well as
syndicated nationwide to all city offices and tradeshow events.

         Assisted in engagement and participation on question and answer site, Yahoo! Answers, with consumers.
Increase corporate level with contributing over 15 best answers and submitting over 25 answers to establish For
Rent Media Solutions as a resource for apartment searching and living needs.

         Over 10 of blogs were indexed by Google search engine.
