I am writing to you to apply for the position as sales and management intern.
I learned about this position through the internship fair on February 16, 2016
held at Illinois State University.

My experience with taking orders over the phone at a restaurant will help me
when I have to take customer service phone calls. I like to take charge in the
extracurricular activities (I am currently the media manager in Habitat for
Humanity), which helps improves my leadership skills that I know will be
necessary when being in sales and management.

Having reviewed the Buckle Corporate website, I am particularly impressed

that the corporation is concerned on how we can grow as individuals with
opportunities to improve our leadership skills, entrepreneur skills, recruiter
skills, educator skills and motivator skills. Along with all of that, I especially
love that the company allows for interns to communicate with interns across
the country in conference calls. I have never heard of any other company that
provides that special opportunity for its interns, and it is something that I
would really enjoy doing.
