Two years ago I toured your company in Bismarck with a high school group called
FFA. We learned about the history, values, and the operation of State Farm. I was
impressed with how much care State Farm provided to their employees, clients, and
even a small group of FFA students! It seems like a very family-oriented company
and a great place to find a fulfilling job. As a recent college graduate of Marketing
from the University of North Dakota, I would very much like to work on the State
Farm Team as a Marketing Coordinator.
I feel that my educational background, work experience and related activities will be
a great addition to your State Farm Team. These experiences have helped me to
develop skills in customer service, communication, marketing, and team building.
My experience with customer service progressed with each company I have been
employed at. I have spent most of my employment in retail, working at Sunmart
Foods and Mills Fleet Farm, where customers can easily find a substitute for your
business if they are not treated well. I learned how valuable it is for a company to
create strong relationships with their customers in order to gain faithful clients.
I feel that my high interest in marketing combined with my desire to see positive
results will provide great benefits to your office. I have enclosed my resume and
would enjoy a chance to talk with you more about what I can contribute to State
Farm through an interview. If I can look forward to meeting you or if you have any
questions for me, please call me at (701)361-7445 anytime.
Sincerely,
Emily Allen
