The world we live in

Mankind and the environment are two inseparable entities, the existence
of man being dependent on the natural surroundings, and the environmental
factors (air, water, ground) can change from its use by humans. This creates
pollution, which some products in development, results of physiological processes
and from human and animal activity, become residues that may interfere in the
welfare depending on the nature and amount thereof.
Lately, a term associated to the environment is pollution, which manifests
as continuous aggression against its integrity. Pollution is, in fact, the price that
people pay for the benefits of contemporary technology. Now what is called
pollution it is the end of a process that began with the formation of human
communities and that at one point started to degrade the environment.
The industry is, at present, the main pollutant. Industrial production
processes and energy production industry, are the main sources of air pollution
but these can add any combustion that results in pollutants.
