Proctor/sub plan- note to Nancy Bryant, secretary

Tuesday- 4 subs needed to proctor

Wednesday- 8 subs needed (3 for proctoring 5-ELA
scoring)
Thursday- 3 subs needed to proctor
Friday- teachers will rotate proctoring
1 substitute will go the designated teachers
classroom while the teacher begins the exam. The
teacher will return to his/her room and send the
substitute to the exam room.
3 adults will proctor the exams.
If the teacher has a free period the substitute should
go to the exam room.
No sub needed for the switch for math Thursday pm
math
On Tuesday and Thursday 2 different teachers need
to start exams (SS & Math). Please leave 2 adults in
the room with the students. One teacher goes back
to class, when the other sub returns the second
teacher can go back to class. The sub then goes to
proctor.
