Correlation of edTPA and NYs Annual Professional Performance Review (APPR)
The presenters shared a comparison chart with edTPA, NYS Teaching Standards and
Danielson. There were edTPA booklets to review to become familiar with what current
teacher candidates need to do to become teachers. EdTPA is broken down into tasks.
NYS Standards have standard areas. Danielson has standards further broken down
with objectives.
