P/00187/16 Seaways, Main Road, Bouldnor: Demolition of garage; alterations; two storey side
extension to provide additional living accommodation to include enlargement of balcony on north
elevation (revised scheme).

159/15-16 To Agree quotation for 3 Year Grounds Maintenance Tender/Contract 2 quotations

160/15-16 To Agree quotation for two new Parish Information Boards relating to the Bouldnor Cliff site.

161/15-16 To Discuss problems of fly-tipping at the Recycling Centre, Ningwood and way forward.

i)
To Agree to pay IWALC Membership fee for 2016/17 of 276.19
ii)
To Resolve to pay for new shredder for Parish Office at a cost of 69.80
iii)
To Agree to pay for necessary repairs to computer/discuss price for new one if required.
iv)
To approve list of payments (circulated to Cllrs and copy available at the meeting).
