Stress is a natural part of life. Positive stress can help
you accomplish tasks and reach goals. You must learn
to manage the stressors in life to overcome them.

In this lesson, students will be able to:
Define stress
Describe physiological responses to stress
Identify ways to manage stress

with 80% accuracy through note taking, question and

Have students write down the top 2 stressors in their life. Additionally, write down 2 ways they manage these negative
stressors.
After about a minute, have students pair up and share.
Teacher may have students rotate and find another partner after 30 seconds.
