GENERAL STATEMENT
Health is very important to us. Eating patterns, as well as mental and social wellbeing, can all
be influenced by health. In addition, health is influenced by a variety of factors, including
diet, exercise, stress levels, personality, and behaviour. Lewis (1987) asserts that having good
health affects one's quality of life, which affects aspects of one's physical, educational,
emotional, and spiritual well-being. Therefore, there are several effects of a healthy lifestyle
on students.
THESIS STATEMENT
Good health will provide strong antibodies to protect ourselves from dangerous external
diseases. A healthy lifestyle practiced every day can release tension from the problems we
face. In addition, a healthy lifestyle can also improve student performance in class, whether in
academics or sports. Last but not least, this activity can also increase the physical endurance
of students because the repeated actions give physical changes to students.

TOPIC SENTENCE 1: One of the impact of healthy lifestyle on students is we can increase
antibodies and protect us from disease.

1. Proper nutrition provides us with enough nutrients to build good antibodies and
protect ourselves from foodborne illnesses.

excessive sugar intake.
