There is an increasing amount of anti-social behaviour and lack of respect for

others. What are the causes of this problem and what are your solutions?
Social issue is enjoying upsurge of popularity nowadays. Among all many concerns,
anti-social behavior and disrespect for others are viewed by many to be of utmost
importance. As far as I am concerned, there several reasons inevitably lead for the
above phenomena.
To begin with, the downturn of economy, as well as the rising of Islamism, is likely to
exert detrimental effects of many people. This is because many children today are
being raised in financially weak families, which can heavily hinder their pursuit of
both educational and financial goals. For instance, in Malaysia, many teenagers are
fell prey to the hunger and poverty due to widening the rich-poor gap that can also
infer the hatred among her citizens. Besides, the upsurge of Islamism in Malaysia by
forcing other minorities groups to adopt the culture and beliefs of Muslims people
also creates a barrier to the formation of harmonious society, which seriously cause
disrespect for others in the society.
In order to tackle this chronic problem, it is of paramount importance that the
government should take a feasible measure to overcome this obstacle. It is due to
fact that the authorities should perform a pivotal role in alleviating the division and
disrespectful among the citizens, so the relevant agency should strive for helping
the unfortunate group by offering those people free tertiary education and others
financial benefits. On the hand, Malaysia government should pave the way by
creating a mutual understanding among her different races and religions through
her school education. Consequently, with more achievement in the education,
greater possibilities of attributing people to the formation an esteem society would
likely to take place someday.
In conclusion, there is no doubt that the government has unavoidable duty to lay
the groundwork for promoting a harmonious society. It is expected that besides
taking a feasible measure, the relevant authorities should go hand-in hand with the
private sectors to alleviate the downside of anti-social behavior and disrespectful for
others in the foreseeable future.
