NARRATIVE REPORT
October 7, 2015 is the date when we conduct a interview for the 2 nd Year students,
exactly 9am we started cleaning and decorating the room where we conduct the
interview, we put some curtain and arrange the chairs. After that we started preparing
our self, we change our clothes and we prepare the papers and some things to use.
Mrs. Grace P. Ganiera, MBA also observe when we are decorating the room, she also
correct the setting of the room.
We start the interview exactly 1pm. The students of BSOA 2 nd year are also
preparing for their self. There are 4 stations that the students need to face. Mr. Zabalas
group are task to interview the students, they ask some questions. Group 1 which is my
group task to post the Job Discription but we also participate during the activity.

NARRATIVE REPORT
On the 8th day of October 2015 seminar for Human Resource Management is
conducted at AVR of Kapalong College of Agriculture Sciences and Technology. The
participants are the 3rd Year BSBA students under of Maam Grace P. Ganiera,MBA. Sir
Herrick O. Agustin our Program Head is also there to give some inspirational message.
There is 1 speaker who is Mr. Arnolfo Villano he is a Human Resourse Management
Officer of Kapalong Cooperative he is assigned to discuss the Private Organization.
I think seminar started at 10am, after some advertisements sir Villano discussed
his topic, he said that he also participate some seminar like PMAP or People
Management of Association of the Philippines. He discussed the 8 R of HR which are
Recruiting, Routing, Retaining, Rewarding, and the last one is Recycling. HR also call
management of people which people is the most important resources.
After he discussed his topic there is question and answer portion, we ask some
question to him and he answer it honestly and clearly. We ask some tips on how we
present our self in a job interview, while his answering our question he throws some
jokes. I learned a lot from him I learned some tips like it is necessary that in job
interview we use sexy clothes, strong perfume and heavy makeup, just be simple and
presentable and always wear a sweet smile lastly dont forget to bring ballpen.
