SEMINAR FOR WORK IMMERSION

February 1, 2019 our school Arellano University, conducted a seminar for our work immersion
with our guess speaker Mr. Adriano a proffesor. For him we should "be ready to work but not to
hurry" because for him college life was the best experience.

His topic is all about "Work Ethic" it is the ability and goods and services. "Do what is right not
what is easy". He discussed about good work ethic is equivalent to attitude that combine hard
work good performance and dependable results. Ethics is code of conduct invisible employee
behavior and noticeable by its absence.

"Do not choose a company, choose a good boss" - Jack Ma

Mr. Adriano also discussed about our Personality Development. Personality always matter both
physical and emotional or whole personality. Just be your self, adaptable to change, ability to
smile, think and feel good about yourself, and always set your goals.

We enjoy, listening to Mr. Adriano, because he is not just smart but also he is very happy person.
He keeps inspiring my classmates, and i also feel motivated. Because work ethic is very
important especially to the future entrepreneurs of our country.

JOB FAIR (ABM)

February 6, 2019 Our strand conducted a job fair held at Arellano University Pasig Annex 1. Our work
immersion teacher told us to prepare our resume and our time card. We also meet our interviewer that
is from Occidental Mindoro, Phillippines. She is very kind, also she is very knowledgeable. She taught us,
the proper answering a question in a job interview. She is very confident as well as gorgeous she often
listen to our questions. But sadly i wont be able to take a picture to her because she has many
interviewees.

She is also an intern for topserve and she is taking a Tourism Management. What she asked is all based
on our resume, she also taught us about fixing our hair, wearing appropriate clothes, believe ourselves
and lastly always wear a smile.
We enjoyed being interviewed by her, i am expecting to see her after a few years when i finally reach my
dreams so that i can see her working to a airplaine.

WORK IMMERSION (TOPSERVE)

March 7, 2019. We already went to Topserve Company for Our work immersion. As early as 5
am we are already at our school so we wont be late for our work immersion. We are very
excited at that time, at 6am our Assistant Principal Mr. Marcelo, already fix us at the bus. When
we are in the company, we meet our first speaker who is Ms. Bernabe. She tackled about
Accounting Proffesion. Accounting is a language of business and presents a various information.
Without accounting businesses will be chaos. Is Accounting a Profession? Accountancy is a
proffesion, a graduate of BS Accountancy who passed the board is called a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA). A combination of knowledge skills and the right attitude are needed to
succeed in this course reasoning skill, analytical skill, problem solving, interpersonal and
effective communication skills. Ms. Bernanbe also taught us about how to make a balance
sheet.

Then on afterwards we meet our next speaker named Ms. Happylara she taught us about SAP.
It is the name of a company as well as the software itself. What is SAP for? it is a german
software skills analyzation and critical thinking and financial management its feature is to
procure to pay when properly managed, procurement can drive your sales and make your
business more competitive. Core finance as SAP ERP doubles as a financial management tool it
has all the accounting plan to product. if you are a manufacturer you can directly link
production schedules. Functionally provide Master data is created centrally, and it is valid for all
applications. Transactional Data is associated with processing of business transactions.
Document handling is a computer definition. A procedure for transporting and handling paper
documentd for entry and scanning

Bank Reconcilation is all about expenses, cash disbursement, promisory note. Financial process

I enjoy this subject because i have so many things to learn especially in our seminars, job
interviews and Immersion.
