Experiences and Things Learned as shared through group chat.

I believe that we learned a lot according to our sharing through group chat. Just like
values of patience, punctuality, self discipline, take initiative, knowledge, love what you do, and
relationship to our Co-workers is very important since we have the same workplace, learn how to
adjust.
I believe that the things we’ve learn in this experience will greatly influence our lives and
on how we tackle obstacles that will come ahead.

Things Learned out from personal experiences and the experiences of others.

It’s been a week since I finished my On-the-Job training at FICCO, Pala-o Iligan City.
Far from being a student, my daily routine change into something unusual for me. I have to wake
up early in the morning, prepare myself for the long day ahead, and give out the best upon my
working hours.
I work in FICCO within 160 hours; it may take a month and within those days I already
learned a lot of things, more that what I expect. I come to realize the important of (OJT) to a
students’ life. Aside from the learning that I got, it’s the experience that I acquired and will be
gaining for the upcoming days which made it more essential.
We can always make our OJT meaningful and fruitful through doing things that procures
satisfaction to us. Everything that we do must develop our potential and allow us to reach our
objectives. It’s accomplishing every task with all our hearts and having the initiative to strive
harder to learn and seek for more.
OJT is more than that what I means. It’s the set of training, learning and the most
important ingredients of all, the experience. Just like what a famous quote says, “Experience is
the best teacher”. And nothing compare to the knowledge that it can give to us. It may hard at
first, but once we learn to appreciate and love what we’re doing, it became easier and easier
every day.
