Part One
A: Qǐng wèn, nín xiǎng hē shénme ?
请问，您想喝什么？
What would you like to drink, please ?
B: Wǒ hē chá.
我喝茶。
Tea, please.
A: Hóngchá háishi lǜchá ?
红茶还是绿茶？
Black tea or green tea ?
B: Wǒ xǐhuan hē hóngchá.
我喜欢喝红茶。
I prefer black tea.
A: Yào bu yào fàng táng ?
要不要放糖？
With sugar or not ?
B: Hǎo de. Xièxie.
好的。谢谢。
Ok. Thanks.

Part Two
A: Qǐng zuò. Zhè shì càidān.
请坐。这是菜单。
Take a seat please. Here is the menu.
B: Yào ge tángcùyú hé kǎoyā.
要个糖醋鱼和烤鸭。
I want a sweet-and-sour fish and a roast duck.
A: Hái yào shénme ?
还要什么？
What else ?
B: Yào ge làjiāoxiè.
要个辣椒蟹。
A chilli crab.
A: Yào bu yào qīngcài ?
要不要青菜？
Any green vegetables ?
B: Yào ge báicài.
要个白菜。
A cabbage.
