redBusresponsibilitiesdonotinclude:
(1)Thebusoperator'sbusnotdeparting/reachingontime.
(2)Thebusoperator'semployeesbeingrude.
(3)Thebusoperator'sbusseatsetcnotbeinguptothe
customer'sexpectation.
(4)Thebusoperatorcancelingthetripduetounavoidable
reasons.
(5)Thebaggageofthecustomergettinglost/stolen/damaged.
(6)Thebusoperatorchangingacustomer'sseatatthelast
minutetoaccommodatealady/child.
(7)Thecustomerwaitingatthewrongboardingpoint(pleasecall
thebusoperatortofindouttheexactboardingpointifyouarenot
aregulartraveleronthatparticularbus).
(8)Thebusoperatorchangingtheboardingpointand/orusinga
pickupvehicleattheboardingpointtotakecustomerstothebus
departurepoint.
3.Passengersarerequiredtofurnishthefollowingatthetimeofboarding
thebus:
(1)Acopyoftheticket(Aprintoutoftheticketortheprintoutoftheticket
email).
(2)Avalididentityproof
Failingtodoso,theymaynotbeallowedtoboardthebus.
4.Changeofbus:Incasethebusoperatorchangesthetypeofbusdueto
somereason,redBuswillrefundthedifferentialamounttothecustomer
uponbeingintimatedbythecustomersin24hoursofthejourney.
5.AmenitiesforthisbusasshownonredBushavebeenconfiguredand
providedbythebusprovider(busoperator).Theseamenitieswillbe
providedunlesstherearesomeexceptionsoncertaindays.Pleasenote

redBussupportteamwithin10daysofyourtraveldate.
