The work of art I am critiquing is called The Wounded Deer


The artist's name is :Frida Kahlo
This is what I see when I look at the artwork. I see Frida's face in a deer's body and many bow arrow on
the deer's body.
All art is made using a variety of art elements: line, shape, color, texture and space. The one or two
elements that stand out in this piece of work are: there's a deer and brown and very dull colors.

Artists create a mood with their work. Sometimes the mood is happy, sometimes sad, sometimes angry.
Sometimes, the art makes the viewer feel alone. The mood for this artwork is maybe depressing because
the expression of the face and it shows the deer being hunted down.

I think she trying to say that she was judged a lot and thats what the bow arrow are representing.
