COORDINATION WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED
COACHING POST IN THE AREA OF ACEH TIMUR DISTRICT ABSTRACT (Maulida) The program of Integrated Coaching Post for Erlderly people in Aceh Timur District has not been run well as expected. Probably, it is caused by the fact that there are still Integrated Coaching Posts for Elderly People that are not conducted every month, and there was alack of cadres participation in the form of communication and coodination in the implementation of integrated coaching post for elderly people. The percentage of elderly peoples visit to the Integred Coaching Post in 2013 was only 20,12%. This research aimed to find out the relation between cadres comunication and coordination with the imlementation of integrated coaching post for elderly people. This was a correlatonal design wit a cross sectional study appoach at the 67 cadres that werw obtained through a technique of proportional sampling and analysed though a Chi Square test. The results of research of showed that cadres communication (p=0.000; oR=21.25; 95%CI) and coordination (p=0.000; oR=15.46; 95%CI) were related to the implementation of integrated coaching post for elderly people. Actually, the cadres who did acommunication werw better for 21 times in performing the integrated coaching post and the cadres who did a coordination werw better for 15 times in performing the integrated coaching post. The result showed that the implementation of integrated coaching post will be run as expected if there is a mantainance of effective communication and good coordination with the related parties.
