SAP Screen Personas is a part of the Fiori User Experience Solution

Portfolio. The objective of Screen Personas is to rapidly and easily
improve productivity via role-based and personalized user
experiences of their SAP ERP screens.
It provides optimal usability by simplifying ECC transactions and
providing ease-of-use. Screen Personas means you can deliver
modern design for a completely reimagined user experience for SAP
GUI.

Use SAP Screen Personas to simplify screens for which no Smart Business Cockpit,
Factsheet, or Fiori app exists. There are over 10,000 SAP GUI transaction codes.

SAP Screen Personas allows S/4 HANA personalization

Customers access S/4 HANA through the Fiori Launchpad.
There are three deployment models for S/4 HANA
1.
On-Premise - Some transactions will open in the Fiori design, others will open a Fiorithemed Web GUI (SAP GUI for HTML).
You will be able to use Screen Personas to modify Web GUI screens.
2.
Managed Cloud - Some transactions will open in the Fiori design, others will open a
Fiori-themed Web GUI (SAP GUI for HTML).
You will be able to use Screen Personas to modify Web GUI screens.
3.
Public Cloud - All transactions open in the Fiori design.
