Prerequisites:
Huawei CME Express must be installed in your Laptop/PC
1) Export CFGSYN File from Web LMT of BSC using EXP CFGSYNFILE Command.
After shown the message Success, download file from the mentioned path
(bam/version_a/ftp/ExportCMESyncView/CMECfgSyncView.zip).

2) Open Huawei CME Tool & click on ADD NE as per below mentioned snap.

3) Browse saved CFGSYN File & upload the same
