The pancake feed will begin at 7:30 and it will replace breakfast that is regularly served. All students and faculty are welcome to attend and the cost of attendance and pancakes is free. Jake Nixon, Treasurer of STUCO said, The annual pancake feed is a great way to bring the student body together! The purpose of the pancake feed is not to raise money, just to get students together and enjoy each others company. The cost of attendance and pancakes is completely free; STUCO pays for all of the costs out of their own budget. Members of STUCO arrive at the high school at 7:30 am, forty-five minutes before school starts and begin setting up. STUCO members bring all of the supplies needed for cooking the pancakes including pancake mix, syrup, butter, plates, silverware and even the skillets for cooking. Student Council President Josiah Satzler said, Cooking the pancakes together as a STUCO is the most fun part. Sometimes we see who can make the biggest pancake, or the coolest shape. Riley County senior Whitley Eyestone commented, YUM. Following the pancake feed, the school day will proceed as normal. The pancake feed will end at 8:15 am just like breakfast does on a regular school day #
