The Lady Drovers have

served the university

well, winning a Sooner Athletic conference
championship in 2004, and
again in 2015.
The softball team has
had multiple appearances in the NAIA national
tournament.

The University of Science

and Arts of Oklahoma
founded the softball
program in 1994 when the
USAO board of regence
decided to expand athletics on campus. it was the
third sport to be founded for usao, following
the lead of basketball
and baseball.

Today, the lady drovers

take pride in their hard
work toward the game,
friendships toward one
another, as well as high
expectations in academic
achivement.
