MEMORANDUM
As you are aware, the company has been experiencing rapid growth,
leading to a staffing shortage. After much thought on the subject,
Brenda, Nora and myself believe that our best solution is to reassign
employees from other areas of the company. This is an opportunity
for you as managers to brag about and promote your hardworking
employees.
What we need from you is a list of your best employees and their
accomplishments.
1. Ponder on employees who most deserve this opportunity
for promotion
2. Select at least 3 names and submit them by February 13,
2016
3. Include a short list of accomplishments or reasons behind
why you chose that person for this opportunity.
We recognize that this task can be difficult, but we ask that you think
of your wonderful employees and give those people who worked for
you so diligently their best chance for a promotion. Please be prompt
in getting this information to Nora or myself by the deadline:
February 13, 2016.
