Over 77,000 Books


Contains approximately 77,000 books and 293 periodical
subscriptions. The collection also includes DVDs, microfilm,
CDs, audiotapes, and videotapes. The library is open to
everyone; however, in order to borrow material, you must be a
registered Moorpark College student or an employee at the
College. Patrons can check out materials at the Moorpark
College Library with their student ID number (900 number).

Interlibrary Loan/Universal Borrowing


Allows Ventura County Community College District students, faculty and
staff to borrow books directly from any campus library. Requests are
made through the library catalog. In addition, MC students, faculty and
staff will be able to request books and have them delivered to their
campus library through the library catalog. This allows for regular and
oversized books that normally circulate on a campus are eligible for
universal borrowing. CDs, DVDs, periodicals, textbooks on Reserve,
journal articles, reference and special collection materials are not
available through this service.
