If youve decided that you want your furniture items delivered

but you dont have time to collect them yourself, we offer a
Shopping service (for furniture items only) that can be added
to your Home delivery service for an additional $30.
Heres how:
1. L
 ook for the furniture items youre interested in and write
them down on a shopping list.
2. B
 ring your completed list to a co-worker at one of the
information towers in the Showroom or Self-serve area.
3. T
 he co-worker will create a computer list of all your items
that you will use to complete your purchase at the Check-outs.
4. A
 fter you have made your purchase, the co-worker will arrange
a time that is suitable for you to have your purchases delivered.

Home delivery service zones

Delivery service at competitive rates.

We deliver to the areas shown on the map below. However, if you live
outside these areas, a special rate can be provided. Just talk to a
co-worker for more details.

We can deliver your purchases home today, or at a time thats more

convenient. On the day of delivery, you dont have to take the whole
day off because we deliver in four hour time frames.*

At IKEA we believe that taking care

of the environment is important.
When you purchase a mattress at IKEA and have us deliver it, we
will remove and recycle your old mattress. Your old mattress will be
broken down, separated into parts and recycled for future use.
Mattress pick-up and recycling can be added to your Home delivery
service for an additional $10 per piece. A bag will be provided to you
so that you can prepare for pick-up. One piece includes: 
mattress (put into bag provided)
mattress pad or pillow top (put into bag provided)
box spring or foundation (put into bag provided)
