Mentor Letter of Recommendation Outline/Template

*Please note that the below outline for a recommendation letter is merely a sample filled
with prompts to give the recommender an idea of what should be included in the senior
students mentor letter. It is a guide, not a mandatory layout. On the other side of this
paper is an option for the student who has a mentor with limited time and ability to create a
letter on their own letterhead.
*Please also note, that if the recommender works for a company that has letterhead, that
would be a welcomed finishing touch.
*Lastly, this letter needs to accompany the students senior project binder ASAP.
