    of the yk1. Machine installed in 2006.
    Problem machine cycle time have extend.
    Remedies -We have following points work out
    for over hauling of one machine.
    This machine used only for 10P08 model, total
    no of component mfg. on this machine is
    .
    But our machine cylinder and gripper life
    cycle is
    . Gripper and cylinder life has
    been recommended by machine mfg. if we
    want to reduce the cycle time of the machine,
    so machine over hauling should be necessary.
