    If a ticket was booked in V6Y9, it can be voided within 24 hours of purchase and up until 11:59pm the next day. Tickets booked on a Friday can be voided until Monday at 11:59pm. Tickets booked in H5CC can only be voided the same day as purchase. A $40 fee applies for V6Y9 tickets if the outbound flight is within 7 days, otherwise there is no fee.     Voiding

    If ticketed in V6Y9 PCC - voidable within 24hrs from booking (Sabre technically allows us to void until 11:59pm the next day from
    booking/purchase)
    noted: If ticket was issued on a Friday, ticket is still voidable over the weekend up until 11:59pm Monday.

    Cancellation

    If ticketed in H5CC PCC - voidable same day only from booking/purchase.


    noted: Outbound flight must be checked to make sure pax is not a No-Show.
    Always advise pax to call on or before 8-9PM EST to void V6Y9 tkts and 8-9PM (same day) LON time to void H5CC tkts.
    If ticketed in V6Y9 PCC:
    $40USD - if outbound flt is within 7 days from actual voiding
    Free - if outbound flt is beyond 7 days from actual voiding

    company or bank directly to reverse these charges, if any.
