Dear Sir/Madam,
In response to the information about nurse vacancy in your clinical labaoratory published on
March 23, 2016, I wish to offer my services for the hop that you would give me an oppurtunity of
proving my worth you.
I am at present about 21 years old and have got sound health ang physique. I am in my last
semester student of nursing from Diponegoro University, with GPA 3,31.
I am a hard working and independent person. Hardworking is very important, because Im not
going to get anywhere without hard working. Beside, I always supports my self on my own
entirely and being able to have healthy relationships with other without falling into dependents
patterns.
All in my life, I have a got lot of experience of nursing practice both in clinical and community
setting. Until this time, I have attended a number of seminars or workshop which are very much
beneficial to improve my capability to provide and give the best service to my work.
For further information, I am enclosing herewith a copy of S1 education degree certificates, a
copy of academic transcript, a set of curriculum vitae (CV), a copy of identity card, two recent
photographs and some certificates or testimonials.
