Dear Parents and Carers,

We are pleased to once again be offering a wide range of extra-curricular clubs to the children attending
GLPNS.
If your child would like to join a payable school run club please book and pay for their place on Parentpay (this
will be possible from 11th April). Places are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.
Clubs run by our staff at lunchtimes are free, children from Years 3-6 are responsible for making their own way
to these. If your child is in Reception to Year 2, please let their class teacher know which ones they would like
to attend so they can remind them when they are on.
Details of clubs run by outside providers are on our school website glpns.org.uk . Please contact the organiser
directly to secure a place. The dates of these sessions may sometimes vary from those run by the school (see
below). We are very pleased to welcome Les Petits Pois French Club this term.
Clubs run during weeks commencing:
18th, 25th April, 2nd, 9th, 16th May and then after half-term on 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th June, 4th July. *Please note
Monday 2nd May is a Bank Holiday, Monday Clubs will run on 23 rd May.
Games Club will run for 8 weeks on: 18th, 25th April, 9th, 16th May, 20th, 27thJune, 4th, 11th July
