shootings in the USA
Affirmative
I. The few and bland gun restrictions in the US is a problem
A. It has made it easy for anyone who wants to own a gun, to do so.
B. Psychopaths and sociopaths are able to buy guns, with this scarce, insufficient
laws and regulations.
II. Assault weapons should have more regulations and restrictions.
A. Everyone who buys an assault weapon must have an extensive background
check, for criminal antecedents or connections.
B. He must prove he has the knowledge and ability to handle that weapon, so he
must past several tests as well as a psychological exam.
C. His weapon must be registered I the FBI databases.
III. The second amendment cannot be infringed.
A. But in the US one in every four Americans present mental illness.
B. 20% of people from 13 to 18 present severe mental disorders.
C. 2.4 million people are squizophrenic, and about 14.6 million live with major
depression.
