4. Objectives1. Given the face of a clock the student will draw an arrow in the direction the hands on the clock
move with 100% accuracy.
2. Given the digital time 4:00 the students will draw the hour hand on the 4 and the minute hand
on the 12 with 100% accuracy.
3. Given the digital time 2:30 the students will draw the hour hand on the 2 and the minute hand
on the6 with 100% accuracy.

C. Practice1. Students will come up to the interactive whiteboard and practice drawing the hands on the
clock.
2. Students will practice the direction of the clock with gestures at their seats.
3. Students will come up to the whiteboard a practice drawing the hands of the clock given a
specific time.

D. Independent Practice1. Student will work on a homework sheet at6 home to practice writing and drawing time.

E. Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)1.A student who is visually impaired will sit at the front of the class and I will have models at
their desk to use.

F. Checking for understanding1. I will ask for questions and watch facial expressions
2. I will watch students who demonstrate at the white board.
