OFFICERS CASE REPORT

On Oct.21, 2015 at 8:30 AM, my partner and I were dispatched to 125 Bird St. in the city of
Virginia Beach, VA to respond to a residential burglar alarm. Once we arrived to the premises,
we immediately noticed the front door has been damaged enough that someone can enter and we
noticed the reason for the door being smashed open was that the burglar used a black pry located
on the ground. My partner and I surely cleared the home; however, the burglar was nowhere in
sight. The home has noticeably been plundered. We called the home owner for a statement, and
fortunately we were able to acquire testimonies from two neighbors. While we await for the
home owner to arrive to the scene, the two neighbors gave us their witness statements.
Joe and Sally Smith stated that they were in the comfort of their home until they recognized
something strange. They heard a loud noise like someone were trying bust open a door, and
shortly after the security alarm sounded. As they looked out their window, they saw a white male
entering the home. The alleged suspect was around 60 and slim. The burglar is in his early 20s
and he has a mustache. In addition, the suspect has a scar on his forehead, and a buzz cut. He had
on all black attire. A couple minutes later the suspect left the home with the several items in a
bag. The getaway driver was a Black male driving an old grey Cadillac Deville, and he pulled up
in the front of the home. Before he and the burglar departed away the two witnesses got down the
license plate number. It had a VA license plate number of 3F5GH6.
Mr. Johnson, the home owner, stated that he was at work when this situation took place and
immediately went home after being informed. He reported the following items missing: from
Living Room, Black Sony D531 lap top computer Serial # 12345678 $500 and PlayStation
2 black, no serial number $200. From Master Bedroom, 5 sliver rings - $200 a piece top
drawer of dresser, 1 gold necklace $100 top drawer of dresser, and 1 black .357 Sig Sauer
P226 pistol Serial Number G46784 $800 in closet. We would be relentlessly investigating
in this case; we take this matter very seriously.
