    FACTS:
    A widow named Edna Manalo, was living alone in her bungalow house in
    a quaint barangay in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Her neighbors noticed her
    sudden AWOL so they inquired her known relatives if they knew about her
    current predicament. Even Edna’s relative had no knowledge about her
    whereabout so they called the police for assistance to inspect on her
    home .
    On November 21, 2020, police officers responded to the call of
    the relatives of certain Edna Manalo and inspected on the given
    address. They arrived at about 5:30 in the afternoon

    Upon the approval of the family to investigate the interior of


    the house, the investigators forcibly entered the house to
    search for the missing victim.

    As expected, the victim was not spotted inside nor any


    evidences which could lead to her current location.

    Police investigators were mesmerized yet doubted the


    cleanliness they witnessed throughout the entire
    rooms, as if everything is tampered.
