Circumstances of crime: INITIAL INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED DISCLOSED THAT SUSPECT IS COMPLAINANT’S SISTER
LIVE-IN PARTNER. PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT, THE COMPLAINANT HAD A DRINKING SPREE WITH HER SISTER AND
SUSPECT. ACCORDINGLY, ON THE GIVEN TDPO, WITNESS AVERRED THAT HE HEARD A RUSTLING SOUND UPSTAIRS
PROMPTING HIM TO VERIFY AND NOTICED THAT THE VICTIM BEDROOM’S DOOR WAS OPENED AND HE SAW THE
SUSPECT LYING ON TOP OF THE COMPLAINANT WITH NO UPPER GARMENT AND HIS BOXER SHORTS WERE LOWERED
DOWN TO HIS LEGS WHILE THE COMPLAINANT WAS NAKED ALL OVER. FURTHER, WITNESS SAW THE SUSPECT
KISSING THE BREAST OF THE COMPLAINANT THIS PROMPTED THE FORMER TO APPROACH THEM, HOWEVER SUSPECT

HER COUSIN’S BOYFRIEND BIRTHDAY PARTY AND HAD A DRINKING SPREE WITH THE SUSPECTS. WHILE THEY

READ A FRIEND REQUEST FROM A CERTAIN “RAY” WAS SEEN TO HIS FB ACCOUNT AND WHO SUDDENLY SENT A PRIVATE MESSAGE SAYING "HELLO
AKO NGA PALA SI RAY". THEREAFTER, SUSPECT TOLD VICTIM THAT HIS PICTURE IS FINE AND SINCE THEN, SUSPECT CHATTING WITH HIM WITHOUT
A PROFILE PICTURE OF HIS FB ACCOUNT. HOWEVER, ON AUGUST 10, 2022 AT AROUND 1:00 O’CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON VICTIM AND THE
SUSPECT MET IN FRONT OF PASIG CITY MEGA MARKET. AFTER A BRIEF CONVERSATION, BOTH OF THEM WENT TO TAKE THEIR LUNCH
SOMEWHERE ALONG CARUNCHO AVE., BRGY. MALINAO. AFTERWARDS, THE SUSPECT BROUGHT THE VICTIM INSIDE STAR LEO (BUDGET HOTEL) IN
KAPASIGAN, PASIG CITY AND HE (VICTIM) WAS SEXUALLY MOLESTED BY INSERTED HIS (SUSPECT) PENIS INSIDE THE ASS HOLE OF THE VICTIM.
VICTIM REVEALED THAT ON OR ABOUT 7:00 PM OF AUGUST 14, 2022 WHILE THE VICTIM WAS ON HIS WAY HOME FROM WORK, THEREAT, HE
RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGES FROM THE SUSPECT SUCH AS “PUMUNTA KA DITO SA DULO NG RIZAL HIGH”. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE VICTIM
PROCEEDED TO THE ALLUDED PLACE AND MET THE SUSPECT. WHILE THE DUO CONVERSING, HEREIN SUSPECT BOUGHT A LIQUOR OF EMPERADOR
LIGHTS AND THEN THEY DRINK. AT THE HEIGHT OF THEIR DRINKING SPREE THE MINOR REQUESTED THE SUSPECT TO DELETE HIS NUDE PHOTOS
AND VIDEOS IN HIS CELLULAR PHONE TAKEN INSIDE THE MOTEL DURING THEIR FIRST MEETING IN WHICH THE LATTER AGREED AND TOLD THE
COMPLAINANT “ISUBO MO ANG ARI KO”.THEREAT, THE VICTIM DUE TO HIS FEAR HE PUT THE PENIS OF THE SUSPECT IN HIS MOUTH AND LATER
THE LATTER INSERTED HIS PENIS TO THE VICTIM’S ASS HOLE. THE VICTIM FURTHER AVERRED THAT SUSPECT UTTERED THREATENING REMARKS
“PAG TUMANGGI KA IKAKALAT KO ANG PICTURE AT VIDEO MO, ITO NA HULING PAGKIKITA AT PAGTIRA KO SAYO”. AFTER THE SAID INCIDENT, THE
MINOR VICTIM IMMEDIATELY INFORMED HIS AUNTIE/GUARDIAN REGARDING THE INCIDENT THAT PROMPTED THEM TO PROCEED IN THE POLICE
STATION FOR INVESTIGATION.

• Victims : LOUISE MASANQUE y DASIGAN @”LOUISE”, 13 years old (DOB: October 13, 2008), female, single, Grade 9
Student, native of Marikina City and presently residing at No. 31 North Libis, Doṅa Peping, Brgy. Banaba, San Mateo
Rizal.
• Suspect : YOLDAN FIGUEROA y SANTOS a.k.a. “YOLDAN”, 17 years old (DOB: June 2, 2005), male, single, grade 10
student, native of Marikina City and presently residing at B9 L4 Balubad Settlement Brgy. Nangka, Marikina City. (Turn
over to DSWD)
• Circumstances of crime: Initial investigation disclosed that on the given TDPO, victim averred that the
respondent/boyfriend invited her to their house. Upon arrival thereat, suspect brought the victim inside his room
then started to kissed and undresses the victim. Suspect with lewd design inserted his penis to the victim’s vagina
without her consent and against her will. After the incident, victim immediately message thru Facebook Messenger
her mother/complainant and asked her to fetch her. When they reached their house victim narrated the lascivious
conduct of her boyfriend. Complainant and victim sought the assistance of the above-mentioned named arresting
officers that resulted to the apprehension of the respondent/CICL. Respondent/CICL was properly Turn-over to DSWD
for custody while pertinent documents are being prepared for the inquest proceedings.

and presently residing at 3601 Biyaya St., Brgy. 609, Bacood, Sta. Mesa, Manila
•SUSPECT: JOSELITO FONTANILLA y INOCENCIO, 52 y/o, male, married, born on December 25, 1969, taxi
driver and presently residing at 2427 Pasig Line, Sta. Ana, Manila (UNDER CUSTODY)
•Circumstances of crime : Investigation revealed that on August 12, 2022 at around 4:00 AM at Pedro Gil
PNR station. the victim ride a taxi cab with plate number ABH122 going to her sister's house and while
they were traversing, she noticed that the suspect was taking different direction. Upon reaching the dark
portion beside Ligaya Hotel located along Old Sta. Mesa cor Valenzuela St., Sta. Mesa, Manila, the suspect
suddenly went to the backseat of the taxi where the victim was seated and forcibly removed the victim's
undergarments and inserted his penis to the latter's vagina. V. Mapa personnel of this station conducted
backtracking and follow-up operation and with the help of taxi operator and dispatcher, the suspect was
subsequently arrested. Thereafter, the suspect was brought to this station by V. Mapa PCP personnel and
turned over to PSSg Jackie Lynn Dimalibot, Duty WCPS Investigator for proper disposition and later will be
presented before the office of City Prosecutor for inquest proceedings.

•INQUESTED BEFORE SACP ERMA JOYCE J. FORONDA- REMUDARO dtd AUGUST 13, 2022

• When : August 10, 2022at about 5:00 AM
• Where : Inside suspects residence loc at no1615 Laguna St., Sta. Cruz Manila
• Victims : Shekaina Faith Cruz Moralla alias Maria, 13 years old, student
• Circumstances of crime: Investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident victim is living in the province
of Mindoro when she received a call from the suspect convincing her to continue her education in Manila as they
(suspect and his wife) were willing to send her to school. She happily urged and begged her father to agree with
the suspect's proposal. Although hesitant, victim's father allowed her to come to Manila. The moment victim
arrived, she stayed with the suspect's dwelling which is located at 1615 Laguna St., Bgy 348, Zone 35, Sta Cruz,
Manila. However, on the fateful day of August 10, 2022at about 5:00 AM, while minor victim is on a slumber, she
was awakened and while still in a daze, she felt someone caressing her legs and pulled her upper garment until her
face was covered. With a little light in the room, victim saw her uncle "JB" as the culprit and the one molesting her.
The suspect also covered her face with a blanket, almost suffocating her, as he began touching her breast down to
her womanhood. As suspect's hand landed in her core, he inserted his finger and started thrusting in and out of
her vagina. He even positioned his manhood and pressed it on the victim's opening but discontinued his lewd
attempt to penetrate. Instead, suspect stood up and left the victim's room. Victim hurriedly closed the door and at
that point she felt sore on her vagina. After a while suspect came back in her room and told the minor victim how
sorry he was by saying: ""Sorry, huwag kang magsasabi kay tita Ana mo at baka atakihin sa puso. Sorry, hindi ko na
yan uulitin.", while stroking her hair. Minor victim immediately told the suspect that she wants to go back to the
province but the suspect rejected her plea and told her that they have a lot of plans and dreams for her.
 
 Attempted Rape in Relation to RA 7610
• When : At around 1:30 AM of August 20, 2022/452 Cabildo St., Intramuros Manila

• Victims : Julia Ortega y Albano 6 years old, female, single and resident of 452 Cabildo st., Intramuros Manila
• Suspect: CEZAR RAMIREZ y CUER, 65 years old, male, widow, assistant cook and resident of #452 Maisan
Compound, Cabildo St. Brgy 655, Zone 69, Intramuros, Manila
• Circumstances of crime : Initial investigation disclosed that at around 7:45 PM of August 19, 2022, based on
the narration of the victim she was playing outside their house, the suspect came and carried her into his
house and gave her five pesos. After she received the money, the suspect removed her clothes and laid her
on the bed and kissed her on the lips. After which, the victim's friend who is also a minor kicked the door of
the suspect's house and the victim was able to get out. After the incident, the victim went home and averred
to her mother the incident, that prompted the latter to seek the assistance of Barangay 655 Zone 69
Intramuros Manila, which resulted to the arrest of the above named suspect. The suspect was brought by
the arresting officer to this Police Station.

• Circumstances of crime: Investigation conducted disclosed that while
victim was inside her apartment room sleeping she felt someone was
caressing her legs and suddenly insert his hand inside her cotton shorts
and touch her womanhood . When she opened her eyes she saw that it
was her lessee @PANGGOY , horrified by the unable to call for help but
when her friend arrived she was able to recount her ordeal and later on
the Mother's victim called Brgy. Kagawad Frances Eva y Dizon of Brgy 342
to seek for police assistance at Alvarex PCP

• When : August 22, 2022 at about 02:30AM

• Victim/s : Lyca May Lorente y Militar, female, 15 years old, DOB October 30, 2006 2005, Grade 8 Student and
a resident of No.1314 Mayhaligue St.,Sta.Cruz Manila under Brgy.262 Zone 22 assisted by her mother

• SUSPECT 1: Anthony Bonifacio y Ronzon, male, 15 years old, Grade 11 student and residing at No. 2732 Lico

• Circumstances of crime : Initial investigation conducted disclosed that on the above-given DTPO, while
victim was walking on her way home, suspects invited her to join them in a drinking spree. When the
victim got drunk, suspects then dragged her wherein S2 held victim’s both hands while S1, with carnal
knowledge, pulled her undergarments down and raped the victim by inserting his penis inside the victim’s
genitalia.
• When the victim regained her strength, she immediately ran away and rode a tricycle going home.
Subsequently, victim told her mother about the incident. At about 08:30AM they immediately sought the
assistance of police personnel of this Station that resulted in the arrest of the suspects. At about 12:30PM,
even date, the case was referred to Women’s and Children Protection Section for investigation and proper
disposition.

• Circumstances of crime: Initial investigation disclosed that on above cited
DTPO, according to the victim, accused was her boyfriend and their relationship
started on line, then on August 14, 2022 they decided to meet in person at PTT
Gasoline Station, Zapote, Brgy.178, Caloocan City and went straight to suspect’s
abode, there and then with lewd design and malice, sexually inserted his penis
unto victim’s vagina against her will nor consent. Suspect was informed of the
nature of his offense and apprised his constitutional rights in the language
known to and understand by him but opted to remain silent , both victim and
suspect were brought to PNP Crime Laboratory Medico Legal Division at Camp
Crame for their medico-legal examination then later turned-over to this Office
at about 11:10PM of August 15, 2022 for proper investigation and disposition.
 RAPE in relation to RA 7610 ( multiple Counts)

week and the last of which was on August 11, 2022 between 12:00 to 1:00 AM inside the suspect’s residence
located at No. 6183 El Grande Homes Diamond St., GTDL, Valenzuela City
•Victims : PRINCESS LABINI CURALDE, female, 13 years old( April 11, 2009/ POB: Manila), grade 8 student and
presently residing at No. 31 V. Cruz St., Brgy. Sta. Lucia, San Juan City. (Assisted by her mother Carolina Labini
Curalde)
SUSPECT : RONALD EFONDO RELLES @ UNAD, male, 40 years old (DOB: October 22, 1981), married, high school
graduate, driver and presently residing at No. 6183 El Grande Homes Diamond St., GTDL, Valenzuela City

•Circumstances of crime: Investigation disclosed that the suspect is victim’s maternal uncle and since 2018 the
former together with his wife took the custody of the latter since they promised to her mother that they will send
her to school. That, since May 2020 the suspect with lewd and lust designs sexually abused the victim by sucking
her breast and by inserting his finger and his penis unto her vagina. Said incident repeatedly happened three to
two times every week except for weekends since his wife was stay-in to her work at San Juan City and only went
home on weekends. That, the last incident of which transpired on August 11, 2022 between 12:00 to 1:00 AM
inside the suspect’s residence located at No. 6183 El Grande Homes Diamond St., GTDL, Valenzuela City.
Accordingly, the suspect even used condom before he sexually abused her to prevent her to be pregnant. Thus, the
victim only divulged her ordeal to her mother when her elder sister one Angelina (15 y/o) chatted her mother and
revealed that she was also sexually abused by the suspect prompted her mother to formally file a complaint
against the above mentioned suspect.
 RAPE in relation to RA 7610 (Multiple Counts)
• When: Since February 9, 2021, every night and every Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week and the last
incident of which was on August 12, 2022 at about 11:00 PM
• Where : all incidents transpired at No. 6183 El Grande Homes Diamond St., Gen T De Leon, Valenzuela City
• Victims : Angelina Labini Curalde, female, 15 years old, grade 10 student, single, and presently residing at No. 31 V.
Cruz St., Brgy. Sta. Lucia, San Juan City. (Assisted by her mother Carolina Labini Curalde)
• SUSPECT : Ronald Efondo Relles @ Unad, male, 40 years old, married, high school graduate, driver and presently
residing at No. 6183 El Grande Homes Diamond St., GTDL, Valenzuela City.
• Circumstances of crime: Investigation conducted disclosed that the suspect is the maternal uncle of the victim and
since February 2021 the former together with his wife took the custody of the latter to discliplined her since she
always leaving their house without her mother’s consent. That , on February 9, 2022 while victim was about to sleep
when the suspect told her to massage her legs the former refused however the latter insisted until with lewd and
malice designs forcibly inserted his finger into her vagina. Accordingly, said incidents happened in the night every
week every Monday, Wednesday and Friday since suspect’s wife was stay-in to her work and only go home on
weekends. The victim also averred that the suspect against the will of the victim sucked her breast, licked and inserted
his penis unto her vagina and suspect even used condom to prevent her to be pregnant , thus the suspect even
threatened her mother to death if she will divulged her ordeal to her aunt (suspect’s wife) and to her family members
. That, on August 16, 2022 upon gaining some courage the victim revealed her ordeal to her friend one Jonalyn Rojo
and later to her mother and who in turn file complaint to this Office, hence this case.
 Violation of R.A 8353 (Statutory Rape)
• When : August 17, 2022, 2:30 AM
• Where : Progeso st., Bagong Barrio, brgy 140, Caloocan City.
• Victims : ALEXANDRA NICOLE Acosta ESTRADA , 13 years old, student
• Circumstances of crime: Initial investigation disclosed that on cited
TDPO, the suspect allegedly sexually abused the minor victim in
exchange of money. Child victim averred that the incident not just
happened once but several times. There after the mother of the child
victim, upon knowing the incident immediately sought the140
assistance of PCpl Leonard Acain and Pcpl Regner Tolentino assigned
at IDMS, CCPs that resulted to the arrest of the suspect.
