WHO: Christian Balderama y Pagulayan (suspect), 24 yo, married, res of Gonzaga Cagayan (victim)
Addung Daraway , of legal age, res of Guising, Gattaran (ODU)
HOW: Investigation disclosed that a NISSAN NAVARA PICK UP driven by the suspect accidentally
bumped the victim.
STATUS: Responding pers brought the victim at Dr. Tomas Nolasco Sr. Hospital of this town for
treatment but declared DOA by Dr. Manuel Molina.

WHO:Victim/s:Lou Jorenz Corpuz,single,grade 11yo, (DOA) and Randy Salvador y Mercado,single,lgu
employee(under Medical treatment) both res of res of San Carlos, Santa Marcela, Apayao.
HOW:victims were traversing the santa marcela - abulug road going towards santa marcela apayao on
board a motorcycle black honda wave 100 w/o plate nr when they accidentally fell in a canal which is
under construction.

Joseph Rubang y Franco, 19yo and res of said place by virtue of WOA for the crime of Crime of Slight Physical
Injuries.

At abt 9AM of August 22, 2017 in Namabbalan Sur, Tuguegarao City Cagayan, personnel of Tuguegarao
CPS arrested Renato Atara Y Beran, 47yo and a res of said place by virtue of WOA for the crime of
Qualified Tresspass To Dwelling.

At abt 10:45 AM of August 22,2017 in Sitio Tabbaruk San Antonio Cauayan City Isabela, pers of Cauayan
CPS arrested Marcelino Visitacion y Tibayan, 34 yo, farmer and a res of said place by virtue of WOA for
viol RA 9262.

At about 9:00 am August 22, 2017 in Brgy. Bliss, Ilagan City, Isabela, pers of Maconacon PS and
Ilagan CPS arrested Ronnie Medrano y Ancheta, 47yo, marr, fisherman, and a res of Brgy. Infanta,
Pangasinan by virtue WOA for viol of RA 9262.

At about 1:45 pm, August 22, 2017 in Brgy La Torre North, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, pers of
Bayombong PS arrested Elvira Bautista y Castro, 64 y/o, widow, housemaid and a res of said place by
virtue of WA for the crime of other light threats".

At about 2:00 pm in Brgy. Del Pilar, Cabatuan, Isabela pers of Cabatuan PS Arrested Augusto Fuentes
y Quillano and a res of said place by virtue of WOA for Viol of RA 9165.
At abt 2:30 PM of Aug 22, 2017 in P-7 Brgy. Ponggo Nagtipunan, Quirino, pers of Nagtipunan MPS
arrested Ariel Dano y Azarraga, 31 y/o, single, farmer and a res of brgy. Ponggo Nagtipunan, Quirino by
virtue of WOA for viol of sec 77 of PD 705.

conducted buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of Antonio Pacencia y Pajal(HVT NI),45yo,Brgy
Kagawad of Brgy Dadda, Amulung, Cag and confiscation of 1 pc sachet of shabu.

At about 2:55 pm of August 22, 2017 in Brgy San Fermin,Cauayan City Isabela, pers of Cauayan
CPS conducted buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of Ron Ron Quiambao y Joshue and
confiscation of 1 pc sachet shabu.

At about 4:40 pm August 22, 2017, in BRGY. centeo, buguey, Cagayan pers of Buguey MPS
conducted buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of MONTANO ANTIPORDA JR Y DELA CRUZ
and confiscation of 1 pc sachet of shabu.

At abt 6:20 PM of August 22, 2017 in Brgy. Dist. 4, Tumauini, Isabela, pers of PDEA SET Northern
Isabela and Tumauini PS conductted Anti-Illgal Drug (Buy-Bust) Opn that resulted in the arrest of . MARK
BILLY ONG y MALANNAO, 34 yo, married, tricycle driver and a res of Ugad, Tumauini, Isabela; and 2.
ROJETTE SANCHEZ y BACCAY, 31 yo, single, tricycle driver and a res of Brgy 1, Tumauini, Isabela,
both member of MENDEZ DRUG GROUP and confiscation of 1 pc sachet of shabu.
