between ideologies. Many
Republicans are currently attempting
to stall the appointment of a new
Justice until after the next president
is elected, while many Democrats
are pushing for President Obama to
appoint a new Justice before leaving
office. While the White House press
says that the President intends to
appoint a new Justice promptly, he
will require the Senate to vote for or
against his nominee. Whether or not
a new Justice is appointed, people
should expect more word on these
