The class was started at sharp 5.30 PM by the lecturer Dr.Riaz Ahmed. During the class, lecture
6 was delivered which covered Various Organizational Structures ,The Project Team,
Project Management Office (PMO) and Risk Management .Although the topics were new for
the students but all of these topics were covered efficiently by the lecturer in detail with the help
of various real life examples which helped students to understand these topics easily. The lecture
was interactive throughout the session and students participated by asking questions from the
lecturer and he answered each of them comprehensively. Also the quiz was taken in the second
half of the class assignment was submitted by the students.
